This program will check a list of HTTP proxies for IRC compatibility. It will go
through each proxy in the list, connecting each of them to the IRC server you
specify. If the connection attempt is successful, then it will add it to the list
of IRC proxies. If it is not, then it will discard that one and move on. It has the
ability to use more than 1 thread (how many proxies to check at once). So if you set
it for 50 threads, it will check your list 50 times faster than it would if you set
it at 1 thread.
