If this works, i'll replace 1.5 with this, thanks to the people who try it and let me know if this works or not.

So ideally i'd prefer to have a program give it's own access rights but instead this is how it works.

1. the program checks to see if it's running in vista
2. if vista is detected, it pops up a box, you then have to enter the Administrator password

the program will then run itself as administrator closing the old application down.

Now, of course, XP users like myself don't get this popup only Vista users, so Vista users does this succesfully download and register an OCX ok or do i need to keep on looking.
